bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo oro velato, al naso lieviti belgi spezie succo di pera zucchero filato banana, in bocca pesche sciroppate pera frutta candita tante spezie, corpo rotondo, carbonatazione moderata, oily, l’alcool si sente ma non è invadente, dolce e lieve acidula con amaro moderato. Bottle on 25th May 2026 from beer store in central Brussels. Pours slightly hazy amber with shallow, transient, non-lacing foam. Spicy pungencies and rich malts in aroma. Hazelnut maltiness, orchard fruits and mellow spiciness in-mouth. Tangy fruits and spiced malts shape a typically Belgian finish. Full bodied with a smooth yet engaging mouthfeel.
