About
In 2012, The Harbour Brewing Co. was just a fledgling idea: to brew proper beer reflecting the land (and shores) from where it came. Taking the best raw ingredients - awesome hops, Cornish spring water tapped straight from the source - and bringing them to life through dedication to technique. The concept evolved by the ocean - hence, 'Harbour' - but the beer came into being on the farm. There is joy in returning to the roots of the ingredients. And the heritage of the space, of the land, of the ocean, remain our inspiration. Everything clicks; the farm is Harbour's home.

330ml can, via Beer52: BBE June 2022. Drank at home on 19th March 2022. Misty rather than 'hazy', light golden in colour, snow white head. It's more 'fizzy' than 'funky' but does have a semi-sourness below the surface of the citrussy bitterness.

Pint at the Stable. Hazy yellow/ golden with persistent creamy white head. Fruity aroma of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple. Taste is more of the citrusy, fruity flavors, lightly sweet, mildly juicy, creamy, subtle. Really amazing.

Hazy amber beer, thick head. Light sweet smell. Flavour has hops, a bit of citrus zest, some sweet fruit. Ends up with a slightly flat-tasting finish meaning that while it's very drinkable not really what you're hoping for from the strength. It's decent though.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A copper coloured pour with a loose cream coloured head; slightly woody aroma; sweet in the mouth with toasted malts and caramel; then a woody bitterness and more caramel to finish. Not bad.

Can from Lidl Supermarket, Todmorden. Golden with a head. Healthy bodied tropical fruity brew in both aroma and taste, but with a good amount of resinous hoppiness too.
