Bottle shared thanks to Alexander. Clear deep amber to mahogany. Huge oak, leather, sour apple, apple peel, vinegar. Light sour and bitter, no residual sugars. Medium bodied, extremely dry with no sugars. Fermented way too far.

Renety 2024. Very little sweetness, but still easy to drink. Low acidity. Medium body. Rustic apple aroma. Fantastic! There aren't many Polish ciders I would like to return to, but I will definitely try this again.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, fleshy fruits. Taste is apple, tangy, fruity, woody, with some acidity and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & astringent finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle @ Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. Pale, quite clear golden body with a small white head. Nice apple aroma with fresh apple, slightly acidic and some cellar notes. Flavor is very refreshing, sour apple, ripe apple core, hint of wood, yeast and cellar. Dry and tart finish. Very nice and refreshing, quite clean.

On tap @ Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. A bit uncertain about this cider, with regards to the Polish letters, but this is the closest I get and I think a remember the bird on the label as well as my notes seems to corespondent with previously ratings. Anyway, hazy, pale straw golden/yellow body with a tiny, fast disappearing white head. Aroma is acidic apple, with a funky, light yeast touch. Not far away from a mild lambic. The flavor is acidic green apple, apple core, funky, hint of wood and yeast. Very nice, tart, natural cider. Had to have another the next day and was still a bit sloppy with my notes.

9/3/2025. Draft at Nowy Kraftowy, Krakow. Pours clear golden with minimally frothy white head. Aroma is crisp green apple, a little sulphur and citrus. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Surprisingly watery. Light spritzy carbonation. Drying finish. Not bad.

Tap at BroPub, Krakow, Poland. Pours intense dark red, partially transparent, with limited pink foam. Aroma is of apples and cherries. Body is average, with good carbonation, maybe excessive for this kind of cider. Taste is a mix of medium acidity and some sweetness. Final is dry. Overall, it remains halfway and not going in any particular direction.
