Fantastic upfront bready notes with a thick flavorful mid and a crisp finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a fairly large creamy white head that persisted. Biscuit/bread aroma. Med body. Dry despite the malt/bread. Moderately bitter. Hop might be earth/floral. Nice dry bitter finish. I really enjoy the style.

Canned 2/19, drunk 4/18/25.
Clear, very pale golden-brass-lime. Massive, well-retained, snow white head.
Rich, fresh herbs greet the nose as an heirloom-like yeast pumps out the mineral. Very slight flecks of honey on a canvas of dry biscuit and cracker. But it's not husky/tannic, under-malted. Clean and with the yeast really doing work, adding a ton of interesting aroma.
Rich herbs again in the mouth with baked sourdough and a light body, maybe somewhat anemic on the carbonation, lending a bit of a lazy/sluggish finish. But amply malted with interesting yeast and an exceedingly low bitterness. But there's enough pepper character right away to mostly balance. Really it's just the loose, soggy carbonation bringing things down.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear amber with a nice creamy tan head. Aroma is bready, almost suggesting pumpernickel. Med body. Malty but not sweet. Nicely bitter. Bready with possibly floral hop. Very pleasing.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a persistent creamy white head. Aroma of grass/spice/floral with a bit of bready support. Med body or so. Dry and reasonably bitter. Flavor is a little cracker with a nice amount of grass/spice. Tingles!

Very crisp and easy-drinking, with a bright, grainy sweetness underlined by lemon and a touch of sourdough bread followed by a dry floral finish. Effervescent carbonation might be a little too boisterous. Not bad.

Punch of fresh hops upfront that is short and sweet, finishes with a crisp clean finish still, tasty!
