16 oz. can, pours a lightly hazed blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright bitter piney hops, citrus zest, a touch of dankness, and light biscuity malt to back. Flavour is aggressive, with big piney hops, some dankness, light allium, and a dry biscuity malt. Aggressive dank, piney finish. Very good—maybe not the most refined, but very well-made.

On tap at Arkane, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is decadent, with lots of brandy barrel upfront, followed by espresso, some vanillin, and oak. Flavour is a massive coffee bomb upfront, with an absurd brandy barrel character, vanilla, light bourbon, and just enough sugars. Extreme coffee bomb wrapped up in luxurious but assertive cherry brandy barrels. Lingers on and on. Phenomenal stuff.

On tap at Arkane, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of bright strawberry upfront, followed by vanilla, a little cocoa, a not much malt base. Flavour is sweet, with bright strawberry, dark sugars, cocoa, and vanilla ice cream. There’s enough malts to hold it together. Great realistic Neapolitan expression. Excellent.

On tap at Arkane, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of soft peanut butter character tempered by marshmallow, and soft sugars in the back. Flavour is full of peanut butter, PB2 powder, a touch of marshmallow, and some nice sugars. Nice incorporation of the PB character, without too much of that powdery note you often get, and with enough sugars. Pretty solid.

On tap at Arkane, pours an opaque light diarrhea brown, no head. Aroma smells like a banana smoothie, with a touch of rum and caramel. Flavour is actually not terrible, with a huge amount of rum, big chunky banana, and caramel. I’m ashamed to say I kind of dig this, as a cocktail, not a beer. Nice boozy smoothie.

On tap at Arkane, pours an opaque milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pretty chalky, with lots of muddled oats, minimal characteristic hop expression. Flavour is muddled, with lots of oats dominating, some milky chalkiness…man, what’s the point of this? Oaty, milk bomb. Poor.

On tap at Arkane, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of bitter citrus zest, big tropical fruits, melon, and bready males. Flavour is very bitter, with huge grapefruit zest, citrus, pine, and a big bready malt. Really nicely balanced, big bittering hop finish. Excellent.

Big sweet notes throughout - the salted caramel comes through nicely.

Distinct blackberry and key lime flavors, with a nice pasty vanilla finish. Fantastic.

The citrus flavor is distinctly tangerine, and it drinks a little more tart than I expected. Not too creamy.
