Pours semi-clear, dark caramelly copperbrown. Small white head instantly fades. Smell is rich, woody, fruity, lactic acid, mild vinegar. Semi-high intensity. Taste is dry, lactic sour, woody, mild fruity. Very astrigent. medium-thin body, high carbo. Pretty good. perhaps could use some less carbo, bigger mouthfeel, and - as a personal preference - less dryness. Fleshy, oak-fruity aftertaste. Bit lactic acid.
