[Bottled] Clear golden, firm head. Lightly papery nose with some resiny grass. The malt structure is very un-German: mushy, badly structured with notes of paper and syrup. Some grassy hops gives it soem character, but it turns harsh and resiny.

(bottle, received from Jevers Zeuge) Clear, yellow colour with a foamy white medium-sized head with nice lace. Shy, slightly dusty, moderately sweet malty and fruity (citrus) aroma. This brew offers not much taste: light bitter, slightly malty, somewhat fruity taste with a very light herbal hoppy background; light to medium body, soft carbonation; Slightly bitter, light hoppy finish. Not that bad, quite clean and refreshing, but rather bland.

(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, darkest amber colour with a fluffy but non-persistent breige head. Slightly sweet and mouldy aroma of dark, slightly toasty malt with hazelnuts and traces of hops. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium body with a smooth carbonation. Slightly toasted (or has it been coloured ?) malty and slightly papery taste; moderately dry, light bitter finish. An undemanding brew.
