"Müllerbräu Pfaffenhofen Wintersud", Flasche von Edeka Knoll, Hettenshausen, 27.4.2025. - Helles Kupfergold, blank. - In der Nase sattes helles Malz mit leicht sirupartiger karamelliger Süße, ein Hauch von Rauch, nur gedämpfte orangenbittere Hopfung. - Antrunk recht kernig aber weniger füllig als erwartet hellmalzig mit feinen Toast- und Karamelnoten, feiner Restsüße und delikater orangenfruchtig-herbaler Hopfung. Durchschnittlich rezent, nicht so vollmundig wie ein Festbier sein sollte. Im Abgang gediegene herbale Hopfenherbe. - Nicht der erhoffte kernige Wintersud sondern ein recht straffes, fein gehopftes Märzenbier, für diese Biersorte aber durchaus überzeugend.

"Müllerbräu Pfaffenhofen Heimer Leicht", Flasche von Edeka Knoll, Hettenshausen. - "35 % weniger Alkohol als unser Helles!" jubelt das Etikett. Leider sind mit dem Alkohol auch mindestens 50 % der Vollmundigkeit und des Geschmacks flötengegangen. Zurückgeblieben sind ein abgemagerter Malzkörper und milde, recht billig wirkende zitronige Hopfenherbe. Nur als Durstlöscher zu gebrauchen. (29.3.2025.)
