Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.

We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine crisp bite. Light lager malts, very mild sweetness and some Czech like breast character. Quite a bitter hop kick here, probably mostly the Olicana with a bit of Wolf. Some Wolf tang. Modest orange citrus underneath, bitterish lemon peel on the crisp finish. Bitter linger. Quite a bitter pile then but I'm digging it, as I am this Kill Pile series.

Is this the last Brut IPA I will pour? The style seems to have come and gone in a flash as the fickle world of craft brewing moves on to the next craze. Of course this should be a DIPA - Brut but the supremely lame and badly thought out style system on Ratebeer can’t cope with that. Bright clear amber beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Light but modestly sweet malts. Quite a savoury bretty. Some dry grapey bitterness you would normally associate with a Brut IPA. Light blueberry compliments well and mercifully not overdone as this overrated berry oft is. Light bretty finish. Light and drinkable.

Almost clear bright gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a good fine minerally biting crispness. Light lager malts, clean and with a pleasing mild sweetness. Crisp pine and crisp orange hops, touches of tangerine and grapefruit. Trace of citric peel. Crisp bright finish. Sometimes a later is the only beer that will do and this is a bloody good one.

Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, fairly light, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness struggles to compensate for a little wet wood bitterness. Smooth bourbon underneath, fruity. Light semi dry finish shows a trace of the coffee from the base beer. Slightly edgy barleywine, entertaining.
