Appearance amber, bit of cloud and fizz, a big pillowy off-white head. Aroma is pineapple, orange, hoppy fruit, pithy fruit, caramel traces. Taste- bitter hops, rough malt, grassy hints, citrus, grapefruit, bitter finish.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A dark brown black coloured pour with a loose light tan head. Aroma is tangy pineapple, passion fruit, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of lemon rind, juicy pineapple, bbqd pineapple rings,, lime, low toasted malts. Palate is tangy, sour, moderate carbonation. Quite fun.

Pulled in by the marketing, the beer doesn’t disappoint. On the sneaky side it goes down easily and hides it strength well
