Third, gravicask, shared with Finn at Twickenham Beer and Cider Festival. Golden body, hazed. Filmy layer, clingy lacing. Spiced fruity nose. Leafy hops to the taste buds added by a peachy touch, backbone of kveik yeast. Ends with decent fruit bitterness. Accepted. (24.10.2019).

Keg at the Rake, 06/11/19. Clear golden with a moderate off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is stewed fruit, hint of pear drop, light yeast esters, booze tunes, residual sugars. Taste comprises fruit cake, light spice, kiss of alcohol, caramel, prunes, candied fruit peel. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising boost but kept in check. Decent for the style, not too sweet and holds a good balance.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours primarily clear honey-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Has a lot of semi-ripe citrus fruits, soft piney hops, lightly bready pale malts, light rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation, massaging texture. Subtle warmth in the finish, more restrained citrus character, relaxed bitterness. Quite drinkable overall. Moreish.

Keg at the Copper Room, Stamford. Orange-brown, hazy with a small film of white head. Spicy rye aroma combined with resin, bubble gum, Bit-o-Honey, caramel and some candy sugar. Spicy sweet taste with a bit of sour mash sourness. A touch of bitter spiced orange peel and brown sugar on the finish. Cracking little drink!
