[ As Weird Beard Sour Slave - Calypso ].Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light fruit sour. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average duration, sour, pale malt, fruity malt, lime - citrus, dry, citric, tart notes. Poured at Shelton Festival, black with a large creamy tan head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, agave, wood. Similar flavors to nose, alcohol burn finish, good.

On tap at Protokoll, Berlin. A bit hazy yellow with a small head. Mild with salt, bread and citrus. The finish was quite sour. An ok one.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. Really nice stuff, crisp and clean, lots of dry wheat, biscuits, sourdough bread, some lemon peel, straw. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Well rounded finish, more crisp biscuits, wheat flakes, dried lemon peel, mild grassy bitterness. Super drinkable.

Clear dark orange beer, small creamy off-white to yellow head, bit adhesive. Aroma: very sweet and fruity, lots of passion fruit, bit dank, caramel notes, lovely stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, dank, grapefruit, resinous, hoppy. Aftertaste: very dry and bitter, resinous, some grapefruit, hoppy finish. Good!
