This English Ale poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a white, fizzy head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, pineapple, honey and malt. First swig was light and malty, with flavours of medium bitter hops and malt. Finish is all hops with lighter malt flavours lingering.

This coffee Porter poured a deep, dark amber colour with a creamy light tan head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee beans, roasted malt, brown sugar, dark cocoa, nuts and a little cardboard. First swig was nice and roasty with flavours of nuts, coffee, dark chocolate and a little smoke. Finish is pure coffee with brown sugar and roasted malt also on the palate.

Lightly unfiltered with transparent, tiny particles floating all-around. A white cap leaving a coating on the brew. Some good sourness in the nose with a touch of apricot. The sour notes are quite present in the taste, with again - some nice apricot fruitiness blending. Some bigger particles come out at last pour. Quite a nice Apricot Berliner Weiss that is refreshing, sour, fruity and well-balanced.

A hazed golden blonde weisse with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart berries, light apricot, Epsom salts, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apricot, ground cherry, light lactic notes, pleasant. On tap at Beertown Toronto.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy orange/yellow pour with a large white head. Aroma is sweet pink grapefruit juice, butter and pithy with a soft sweetness. Mouth feel and carb are solid, finish is pithy and a medium bitterness. Grapefruit notes are subtle and not what I expected.
