and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some nice floral coffee notes and vanilla and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some nice floral coffee notes and some light residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with not much discernible alcohol notes. Great coffee based stout but not sure the Cognac aged pistachios can be really tasted.

On tap at The Ship. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Tons of yuzu and lemony sugar on the nose. Flavour is also heavily dominated by the yuzu, lots of that lemon sugar character, some caramelized lemon peels. This isn't my kind of hop, but it's clean and well-constructed.

On tap at The Ship. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Lots of allium, hopburn, and yeast on the nose. Flavour has yeast, overripe tropical fruits, and hop burn. Chalky mouthfeel. Quite poor.
