33cl bottle. A clear reddish amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of reddish dark malt and caramel. Taste of caramelized dark malt, hazelnuts, some raisins. Intense nutty malty finish.

330ml bottle. Opaque, black colour with small, frothy, fading, beige head. Roasty, spicy, minimally ashy, dark malty aroma, hints of coffee surrogate. Taste is dry, roasty dark malty, slightly mineral and spicy, hints of coffee surrogate, a touch of ashes and iron. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally crumbly palate, fine, soft carbonation. Very roasty, quite monotonous - so-so.

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Clear golden, one finger white foamy head. Mid grassy grainy on the nose. Soft grainy taste, some sweetness, some caramel. Below average carbonation. Easy drinking mediocre stuff.

330 ml bottle. Murky black with a creamy head. Toffee, licorice, cocoa, hazelnut, some metal and citrus. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Decent Stout!
