Amber gold body with heavy visible carbonation topped by a pillowy white head. Nose is understated but pleasant with citrus and tropical fruit notes. the taste is subdued but refreshing featuring fruity hops and bready malt. Clean and drinkable but not really memorable.

On tap at c’est what? Hazy orange pour, with a medium white head. Incredible aroma of sweet oranges, citrus oil, and mandarins, well balanced malts are upfront, great carb and mouth feel. A great, surprisingly easily drinkable 8.5% dipa. Great stuff.

Bottle from the lcbo. Clear Copper pour, medium off white head. Aroma is slightly nutty, and lightly caramelized. Soft spice and grains with some light, bright grassy notes. Finish has little bitterness, grassy, cereal notes in the end. A little heavy on the malts, little too sweet.

Very rich and roasty. Nice subtle coffee and great cocoa powder. Light piney hops, silly mouthfeel, soft carb. Medium bitterness, cocoa and coffee finish with some great roastiness.

It is what it is. Subtly more hops than a regular golden ale. Grassy, with a soft UK note. Malts are fruity, notes of apple, not great. Low bitterness. Meh.

Hazy orange pour with a medium white head. Nice citrus aroma, with some white wine vinous acidic qualities. Malts seem quite muted, and offer the slightest in sweetness and back bone. The finish would be what i consider medium in bitterness with a good cdose of citrus hops in the end, a nice ipa. Well done.

This ipa poured a medium golden colour with a fizzy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include resin, grass, minimal cooked veggies and a little dough. First swig was a little thin but delicious with flavours of resin, honey and malt. Finish is hoppy with grassy, resin notes lingering.

Chocolate malt, ash, and hay aroma. Dark brown with small tan head and mild effervescence. Lightly sweet chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay and ash flavor. Body on the light side.
