Description
Established in 2005 and bottling since 2008. Headed by Phil and brewed by Rob, we’re a small team brewing a wide range of beers in cask, keg, bottle and can. Along with a core offering we also have seasonal brews and a one off brew range called ‘New Tricks’. Experimental recipes are run through our small batch kit before trying them out on the main kit and releasing them to the masses. Some of these have proved so popular that they’ve graduated to our core range.

Clear and golden with a frothy/creamy white head. Very mellow aroma, just hints of light malt and floral notes. Smooth and semi-creamy, floral bitterness right up front with some hints of pine, soft biscuit malt and a long, dry finish

Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours gold with a very fine mist, white head. Aroma of mild grapefruit. Flavour profile seems very far from a West Coast IPA. Cask doesn't help, lacks all of the qualities expected.. not great at all.

Can shared at CBJ - cheers to the Osprey. Pours clear, deep brown with a modest, foamy tan head. Medium sweet flavour with rounded dark malts, some earth, stewed dark fruits, a little old wood. Full bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, a little ashy bitterness, burnt dark malts, earth, raisins. Not bad, drinkable.
