Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours dark, frothy tan head. Not feelin it unfortunately. Feels a little empty, could be maltier, more chocolatey, creamy.. but seems lacking in all these departments.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours a generally clear gold, white head. Not a lot going on really.. very light, very easy-drinking, fleeting floral citrus moments, pale malt. Disappears quick.

(Cask at Lyric, Soho, London, 22 May 2023) Dark brown colour with hints of ruby. Creamy beige head. Malty nose with caramel, dark fruit and plums. Malty taste with notes of caramel, chocolate, dark fruit, plums, roasted malt and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, smooth and well balanced porter. Nice one.
