Description
Brewed with spring water from Croasdale Fell, whole-leaf hops, freshly milled barley and live yeast, the Real Ales from Ennerdale have a clean, crisp taste and a dry, moreish finish. After many requests from our customers we've now introduced our range of real ale in a bottle!

500ml bottle from BeerGB. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, fruit, mango, citrus, hops. Taste is sweetish, malty, grain, caramel, with fruity, mango, citrusy notes and earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

440ml can from BeerGB. Gluten Free. Golden colour, big foamy white head and aroma of malt, grain, grass, hops. Taste is sweetish, malty, grainy, with hay, straw, grass and citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium drying grassy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Craft Beer in Keswick - dark mahogany body with a firm off white head. Sweetish malts, slight smokiness and gentle roasted notes, dark toffee finish.

Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma: grainy malts, caramel and some spices. Taste: caramelly malts and mixed grains. Balanced mouthfeel.

Appearance - pale golden and a fluffy white head.
Nose - corn, bread and a touch of grass.
Taste - bread and lemon.
Palate - light bodied, dry and fresh finish.

Loose white head left a creamy top on finely carbonated unclear golden coloured body.
Sweet fruit aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a zippy clean back.
Pale malt, marmalade, herbal & grapefruit tastes with a zesty citrus finish.

Rocky off white head left a froth on a finely carbonated dull golden coloured body.
Boiled sweets, sweet berry & stone fruit aroma.
Medium body, tingly over the tongue with a cloying back.
Grapefruit, mango & berry tastes with a pale malt backbone & bitter citrussy finish.
Nicely balanced - Great Ale.
