11.2 oz bottle poured, from Special Brews. Bottled 11/24/22, best by same date this year. Can't believe it took this long to pour this one and try it. Cloudy but bright peachy golden pour. Patchy active fizz head. Aroma is dense with spicy, floral notes. Flavor has lots of floral and spicy character as well, with some herbal notes, and a nice cooling Belgian yeast follow. Spicy note hangs on late into the palate. Slight lemon peel. Refreshing and crisp, with a dry side. Everything about this brew is interesting. Love this.

Murky brown showing ruby red when held up to the light. Stable but porous 2cm head. Intense Belgian nose. Caramel, banana, spice, some cherry cola. Quite high carbonation. Boozy when held in mouth. Nice spice, banana, malt heaviness in mouth. Receding to a quite bitter finish. Nice.

Can't believe I've never got my hands on one of these. Farmhouse hay and a touch of lemon. Some pepper. Super easy drinking. Golden pour with decent head. Crisp finish. Bottle.

330ml bottle from Brewers Haven. Big gush on opening, never stopping foamy, I think maybe I got about half a bottles worth to sample. Golden pour with silky white head. Aroma and taste seem a bit oxidized. Musty, old grains, very little Belgian yeast presence. Disappointed.

Textura ligeramente oleosa, alcohol perfectamente integrado. Excelente Dubbel, poderío trapense...y Amén
