Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to becher glass. Thank you, Steve.
Appearance: copper/auburn color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to danky to citrusy hop tones up front with a little bit of pineapple showing up ever so faintly; clean malts underneath
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes lemony to piney with dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; slight smoothness; good carb level
Overall: works as an AIPA with that little bit of "oomph" of wanting to be a West coast styled one.

Pours copper with a big off white head. Smells of dank, citrusy hops. It tastes of caramel malt and a big dose of citrusy, resinous hops. It’s a nice hoppy double ipa. It’s not super bitter. Personally I’d amp that up a bit for the style, but it’s good.

On tap at Slow’s Ann Arbor. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet pineapple and light grains with a touch of straw underlying. Flavor has a nice pineapple and light sweet grain with a touch of straw in the finish.

12 oz can. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Citrus, pale malt aroma. Flavors of citrus, pine, pale malt, a bit of butterscotch. Not very bitter, with a medium body. Alright.
