Bomber from De Bierkoning @ home. Pitch black color. Dense beige to brown head, with reasonable retention. Aroma’s: mocha, sweetish, roasted malts, hints of red fruit, drop & soy sauce. Retronasal it’s sweet, mocha, light fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasted, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Carbo is on the low side. Finishes with roasted malts, dark chocolate, moderate bitter. Nice!

Reviewed from notes.
Thanks Gwen.
The appearance was a slight clear amber color with a slight transparency about it. One finger white foamy head dissipated within less than about forty seconds. Light lacing trickles into its body.
The smell was a sweet caramel malt with a slight crisp citrus hops underneath.
The taste was balanced between the sweet malts and the bitter citrus hops.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a slight sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed decent for the style and for me.
Overall, I say this was a decent Amber ale I could go at again.

Bottle at Craft Cafe Imazato shared by my buddy Mick. A lovely copper pour with a slight white head of foam. It has a solid hop bouquet with a well balanced flavor profile. It didn’t really stand out but was enjoyable enough.
