Nato nel 2010 come brewpub, ben presto diventato birrificio a tutti gli effetti.
Primo birrificio artigianale a Livorno, sito originariamente in via Nicolodi, da sempre rappresentiamo il territorio con alcune materie prime e i nomi dei nostri prodotti.
Dal 2020 abbiamo spostato e ampliato la produzione in via Cimarosa 37/39.
Produciamo molti stili diversi, dai più classici come Santa Giulia, la nostra English Brown Ale a quelli più innovativi, come Oimmena che è la nostra session ipa.
La costante è e deve essere la qualità.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark plum, almost black, with practically no foam. Aroma is of coffee, burnt. Body is average, with almost absent carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet and roasty. Final is dry.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours blonde, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, resinous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with very limited sweetness in the back. Final is average in intensity and length.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale, looking like a pineapple juice, fully hazy, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is intensely tropical, pineapple and guava, but also grapefruit. Body is on the thin side, with moderate carbonation. Taste is well balanced, with some sweetness and medium bitterness. Final is average.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours unclear, dark orange, with very limited white foam. Aroma is intensely spiced, orange peel, yeasty. Body is average, actually a little fuller than usual, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, though the spicy feeling almost dominates. Final is still intense, a little pungent.
