500ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma: some nice sweet and tart apricots, a bit of apricot. Taste: along the same lines, some wild notes, moderately acidic (but not over the top), nice apricots, and little sweetness, some oak. Overall: very good surprisingly, especially when you drink it with dregs, when it starts to remind the apricot jam.

500m bottle, pours an opaque cloudy dark golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of deep pitted apricots, some wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is juicy, with lots of juicy apricots, some gentle wild yeast, a hint of oak, and moderate acidity. Fairly juicy, nice wild yeast expression, and quite cohesive. Pretty solid really.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2021 vintage; single batch no. 24). Slightly hazed gold with small white head. Apricot, mild tartness, feint oak, decent.

This looks dull, maybe a bit apricotty. Not much head. On the nose, it's got lots of apricot, hints at tartness. It is a bit tart on the palate, a bit wheaty, and then there's a lot of apricot as well. It's pretty good, on the strength of the fruit character.

Can shared by MrBarleywine, thanks for the opportunity! Mostly clear deep brown with a thin off white head that dissipates quickly. Big spice nose and flavor with a hint of bready caramel. The spices overpower this beer.

On tap. Pours a mahogany color with light head. Aromas of caramel, trail mix, and bready malts. Flavors of kinda fruity dried stoned fruit, mineral water, bread crust, and metallic malts. OK

On tap. Pours a copper color with moderate head. Aromas of toasted malts and mineral water. Flavors of bitter earthy hops and metallic toasted malts. The only fresh hops I get are bittering hops…

650 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with little head. Aromas of molasses, grain and a little smoke. Flavors of roasted barley, dry coffee, and mineral water. Not getting any bourbon; just a dark lager.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some hearty oats, subdued earthy hops, and some general murkiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with oats, sweet biscuity malt, and earthy hops. Chalky, murky mouthfeel that doesn't work all that well. Okay.

On tap at Spinnakers, pours an opaque, milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of dirty lacto and apricot pith. Flavour is much the same, with dirty apricot pith, lots of lacto, and dirty earthy notes. Messy and poorly constructed. Way too dirty and pithy.
