"Weiherer / Oldskool Rauchweizen", Flasche von Meibier.de, 14.8.2026. - Satt goldgelb, trüb; dürftiger Schaum. - Nase beherrscht von solider Rauchmalzigkeit (Schinkenbrot); erst in zweiter Linie leise exotische Hopfung. - Antrunk spritzig und dünn weizenmalzig, nur leise bananig und kräftig rauchmalzig. Leise Frucht und etwas exotisch angehauchte zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe bemerkt man erst, wenn man sich an den Rauch gewöhnt hat; dann aber schmeckt man sogar eine leise Restsüße. Im Abgang mild rauchig und fein hopfenherb. - Originelle Kombination von Rauch und Weizen, leider etwas zu dünn ausgefallen.

Lys brun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter brød, lys karamell, urter og noe kokte grønnsaker. Lett. Maltig. Smaker brød, maltekstrakt og noe metallisk bitterhet på slutten. Middels lang.

Pours golden with a slight haze. Dense head. Grainy aroma with notes of hay and honey. Dry and grainy flavour with notes of hay and white bread.

Unclear dark golden with a foamy head. Metal, sourdough, straw, hay, some lemon, cardboard. Mild dry bitterness, slightly sweet. Light bodied, watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. A rather crisp NA Helles, not that sweet as many others around, yet very average. Good enough for a refreshing sipper during a hot summer afternoon.

Coz eksperymen i wspolpraca z tradycyjunym stylem srednio udana. Gdyby to bylo tylko bambergowskie i nie w kolaboracji to wedzonka wyszla by wieksza. Bo to tak jakby hiszpanska wedzona papryczke w proszku wsypac lyzeczke do pacyfiku i liczyc na to ze sie cokolwiek wyczuje. Nieco jej bylo, nie bede drastyczny ale po obeznaniu sie w Schlenkerlowskim klimacie od wielu, wielu lat wiem co mowie, piana jest fajna, trwala, moze pomagal w jej trwalosci kufel z przykrywka, zlocisty kapsel i tyle plusow sie konczy.

"Weiherer Hell alkoholfrei", Flasche von Meibier.de, 17.7.2026. Kälter als sonst eingeschenkt. - Helles Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase dünnes helles Malz, leicht zuckrige Süße und sehr milde florale Hopfung. - Antrunk unerfreulich dünn, nur blaß hellmalzig und homöopathisch knapp gehopft. Wäßrig. Im Abgang nur ein Hauch von Bittere. - Recht geschmacksarmes Helles, immerhin frei von Fehlaromen. Bei Erwärmung besser.
