Bottle, small quickly dissapearing bubbly head, lightly hazy lightish red color, aroma of apple with yeasty hints, flavor of apples, quite swwwt with a light lemony citrusy sournesss. Drinkable but too much like a fizzy soft drink then a cider.

Bottle as "Cidre Rose", a little deep and cristal clear gold colour, fresh perfumed apple aroma, quite sweet ripe apple flavour with a mellow balancing sourness, lively carbonation. Bottle shared from Simply. Clear golden with fizzy white head that lasts a few minutes. Very musty apple skins, dried apple, dry cellar notes, hay, soft minerals, more dusty herbal notes. Not that fruity, more dusty actually. Very dry, no sweetness.

Big bottle shared at home away from home from Simply in Strasbourg. As Cidre & Poire. Clear light golden with no head and barely any visible carbonation. Quite sweet apple and pear juice, also quite some fruity sourness with almost lemon juice like sharpness. Light grassy and mineral, and in the background there’s a light earthy touch. Mainly very juicy though. Under medium sweet and sour. Thin bodied with low fizzy carbonation.

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Initially sweet, but then somewhat dries out by slight fruity acidity. Thin bodied and quite simple straightforward, but tasty and moreish. Good.

75cl for 2,70€ at Cora. Nice slightly rosé in colour, smell like strawberry yoghurt. The cider starts fruity, nicely fresh and tart. Slightly strawberry aroma present, interesting cider apple flavours. The mainpart is very tart, only slightly sweet, typical tart and fullbodied. The strawberry-like flavour remains long in the aftertaste with crisp, tart cider apple flavours.

*Nice fruity fresh cider. A bit sweetish, but not too artificial peach. Like sourish peach iced tea. Highly drinkable and round. Nice mix.
