75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden red, clear, small pinkish head. Crisp apples, sweet and citric, light barnyard notes. Crisp citric and smooth fruity apples. Lingering sweet and slight citric finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A orange to golden colored cider with some bubbles on top. Lots of apples in the aroma, some apple sweetness too. Cellar hints. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a soft and low carbonation. Baked apples, some fresh and tart apples and a cellar touch. Lasting finish. Too sweet this one, but it’s far from bad. 150124
