Bottle, 75cl corked. A orange to golden colored cider with some bubbles on top. Lots of apples in the aroma, some apple sweetness too. Cellar hints. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a soft and low carbonation. Baked apples, some fresh and tart apples and a cellar touch. Lasting finish. Too sweet this one, but it’s far from bad. 150124

Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of green and red apples. Taste is light to medium sweet with a slightly dry and sweet red apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to flat.

[ As Ecusson Cidre Doux ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sugary apples, vanilla. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sweet apples, sugary apple, sharp apple, medium dry.
