About

Eine eigene Brauerei musste her.

Ihre Mission: »Brewing Awesomeness.« Ihr Motto: »Craft Beer is not a Crime!«

9/12/2022. Bottle, gifted to me. Poured clear golden amber with a good sized frothy white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is malty, well hopped, caramel, citrus, light pine, hint of spice. Medium sweetness, bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Leicht trübe, sehr helle Farbe. Fruchtig frischer und trocken getreidiger Geruch. Umreißt schon grob was man geschmacklich bekommt. You gotta see me leanin′ on the bar I got my head in a whiskey jar Feelin' good ′cos the city's alive I'm gettin′ ready to rock and jive I get up and I slide across the floor You wanna come and I′ll meet you at the door No one can stop us 'cos we′re feelin' too right We′re gonna steal our way around tonight (Alright, alright) Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it to the floor Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it I was takin' no liberties She′s gettin' hotter off the heat on me I was oilin', she was slick Lickin′ off the sweat, her favorite trick She cried help me, help me, please Tame this animal, help me to breathe I said no, no way You gotta come with me all of the way (OK, I′ll play) Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it to the floor Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it to the floor Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it We had the night, we had the time She had the sugar and I had the wine Took my hand, shook me to the core Told her not to touch, but she was coming back for more (You know what for) Aye, aye, aye, aye Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it to the floor Aye, aye, oh, shake your foundations Aye, aye, oh, shake it

Bottle from the Getränkemarkt, drink after making a three year old's handprint in plaster. Barely hazy straw color, decent head. Very lightly citrusy earthy nose. Flavor is a bit dry, lighter body, decent sparkly hop aftertaste. I would say it's a mild but sessionable Helles with sightly modern hop flavor profile.

330 ml bottle, from Edeka Sophienhof, Kiel. ABV is 8.3%. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of American hops, notes of grapefruit and pine, hints of caramel in the background. Citrussy flavour, grapefruit notes, some malty sweetness, some spicy and herbal notes, with resinous bittering hops in the finish.
