[75cl bottle from my local Sainsbury's.] A pale amber coloured pour with a thick cream head; fruity yeast aroma; grainy body with some banana and Belgian yeast; and a herbal bitterness. Crisp and refreshing.

[50cl bottle from my local Sainsbury's.] An attractive dark copper with a thin white head and elegant lacing on the glass; earthy malt aroma; smooth in the mouth with caramel, malt and raisins; then a nutty finish with a light bitterness, and a pleasing warmth in the belly.

Large, beige head, dark amber in colour with ruby highlights. Malty aroma with plenty of dried fruit. Full body, slightly thick, smooth, alcohol nicely hidden but you can feel that it is a strong beer. Malty, toasted, fruity, and chocolate flavours. Pleasant and relaxing.

Sainsbury's Own Ciders' Night At Home #3 of 3. After the bad berry cider this one tastes very good in comparison, except it's just the perception. A floral Peachiness dominates its aroma and aftertaste, but in-between the fruit is less obvious amongst its floral bitter-sweetness. Fair.

Sainsbury's Own Ciders' Night At Home #2 of 3. My number two and a number two metaphorically, it has all the hallmarks of a macro berry cider and a disappointing taste to match. Very mild spice.

Sainsbury's Own Ciders' Night At Home #1 of 3. Despite the summer name am drinking this one in winter and the zesty sweet and deep tasting orange notes could easily make this one a 'winter warmer' cider. There's plenty of this in aroma and aftertaste too.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Clear deep golden body with a thick off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw, salted bread and waxed lemon. Flavour of green banana and orange sherbet. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Light fizz. This is a decent beer with a good level of hops; there’s a nice salted lemon vibe.

Sainsbury's Own, Night In Trio Of Ales#3. The darkest of the three this evening, and it's very dark in colour, but not quite black. A spiced winter warmer, with a light spiciness, its taste is dominantly cake-like in design. The most regular part of the porter-style is to be found in aroma.
