Clear red/pink color, short off-white head. Aroma of strawberry, not really sweet, some hop. Bit fruity taste, quite watery, some strawberry, quite bitter for a fruit beer. Uninteresting.

Bottle: Poured a rusty golden color with a thing slightly off white head. From the distance I could already smell a sweet candy aroma of some kind. When I took a deep uninterupted breathe I could pick up more sweet tones along with fruit and yeast. The taste is very sweet spicy malt with a jumping hoppy finish that left my tongue not only tingly like I had just licked a battery, but wanting to drink more.

Bottle: Poured and amber color with a creamy off white cream head. The aroma is malty and somewhat spicy. The taste is a rich malt flavor with suttle tingle of carbonation and metallic.

Bottle. Clear medium yellow / golden color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spices, fruity, light malty, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Refreshing and has a good balance.

Draught Pours overwhelming head, pink & dense, pretty resistant; fruit-red/orange beer. Artificial raspberry nose, vanilla, ice cream, Delphi wild strawberry liqueur. Bitter, even hoppiness fighting & clashing with the strawberry/raspberry flavouring, even when served ice-cold. It’s like trying to bite (drink) a piece of flavoured soap. Finish is very empty, just a return of the hops, metallic in their context. Watery despite the 6%. Refreshing, maybe - unless you would let it warm up, I suppose - but it does not urge to continue. Whatever brings the perpetrators of the immortal bolleke to brew this kind of rubbish? Utter despair?

330ml bottle. Deep, clear brown body under a noisy, off-white foam. Pity that all the foam fades away very quickly. For a short while it had a very nice and inviting appearance. Moderate sweet, malty aroma. Grainy taste added some tart fruits and notes of yeast coming through towards the ending. Alright spelt beer (12.07.2007).

Draught at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Dry yet fruity. Light bodied with notes of mango and marzipan. Feels refreshingly light and without edges. Well made.
