On tap at Republic. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass and and light blueberry with some light grains backing. Flavor has grass and a decent amount of blueberry and light grain.

On tap at Pizza Lucé Downtown. Pours a hazy amber brown with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of light smoke with some sweet grains and a bit of grassy hops. Flavor has a sweet smoke with some bitter pine and a light sweet grain.

Sampled from the tap at Winter Dabbler. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of roasted malts, dark grain and a bit of Aquavit barrel coming through. Flavor works beautifully with dark grains, roasted malts, a touch of spruce and a bit of Aquavit barrel in the finish.

On tap at Black Sheep North Loop. Pours a hazy amber with a slight orange hue and a neAr white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice sweet smoke note with sweet grains and a hint of caramel. Flavor has sweet smoke and grains with a touch of bread underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a ruby hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an interesting combination of raspberry, booze, rum and a bit of smoke. Flavor starts with lots of raspberry with some rum, a growing smoke with a warming booze backing.
