Got quite a few berry sours on hand lately so I bought some strawberry mousse to go with one! Crucible Pink Drink Raspberry Sour 4.5 IBU 4 Pink like a rosé (pink-orange) with a fizzy pinkish foam. Berry aroma, tart and acidic and the mousse even though it’s a cheap and subpar one has enough sweetness to balance things out. Pretty good.

Crucible Hell Forge Helles Lager 4.6% Deeper gold than the Westbrook Helles with a similar big pillowy head of foam. The aroma has elements of spice as well as fresh malts. Medium to full bodied with a rough sandpapery mouthfeel. The taste starts off earthy rustic breadliness then finishes with a herbal green element. Nice but not as clean as the Westbrook.

Cracking into my Beer Cats set... Crucible Flintlock Hazy IPA 6.6% Lightly hazy gold with a dense eggshell white foam and great juicy fruity aroma of overripe fruit. Medium bodied and a fairly bitter finish after that rich juicy start. Really nice beer but more Mountain IPA than true haze in my book.

Pink orange color. Nice tart nose with lots of acetone, cherries and citrus notes. Medium body, decent citrus and tartness. Not bad but not outstanding

12 oz pour at the Crucible Woodinville Forge. Bright mango juice appearance, no head. Mangonfeuit is heavier on the aroma than the habanero, much to my surprise. Flavor presents a decent heat, but totally bearable. Flavorful. Juicy. Sweet heat is a good combo here. Very nicely done.

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. Very juicy fresh hop here, very smooth, very flavorful. Fresh tropical fruit aroma. Pineapple. Juicy hop taste from front to back. Non bitter, juicy fruit linger. Some melon. Touch of a gritty grain late. Overall, delicious and easy drinking hazy here. Very enjoyable fresh hop.

Sampled from the tap at the Edmonds Oktoberfest. Pours a hazy amber pink with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart pink guava with light lemon and earthy wheat supporting. Flavor combines lemon and tart pink guava with a light wheat backbone.
