33cl Bottle at De Plantage, Amsterdam. ABV is 7%. Hazy deep reddish brown colour, beige head. Aroma of metal, red fruits, forest fruits, water, hint of chocolate. Flavour is watery, sweet, metal, fruity, berries, forest fruits, chocolate, malty metallic bitter finish. Light bodied. Not very good, not even for a Dubbel.

Tap at Dopeys Elixer. Hazy dark reddish brown with beige head. Some caramel, toffee, dried cranberries, cardboard, dust, red wine. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Tap at Dopeys Elixer during pubcrawl. Slightly hazy dark brown with thin greyish head. Sweet malts, plasticcy, light chocolate, light yeasty. Light sweet and bitter. Under medium body, average carbonation. Leathery finish.

Very cloudy pale beige beer, creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, coriander, bubble gum, some ripe banana, malty, some orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very yeasty, bitter, wheat acidity, bit spicy, soft sourness. Aftertaste: wheat clearly present, bit hoppy, spicy, some banana, orange peel, nice one!.

From tap. Pours hazy amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is smooth and toasted malty. Bitter and toasted finish. Dry and bitter finish.

06/02/2016 – sample @ BAB shared with tderoeck, 77ships and kradel. Murky brown with small head. Nose is weird, Dark malts, herbal. Taste is wattery, a bit sour, clearly some vegetables, no sweetness, only hints of caramel.

Sampled draft @ Bierfestival Brugge 2016. Thank you for sharing! Dark brown, reddish hue, creamy tanned head. Nose is metallic herbal licorice, metallic, big gravy notes, mocha. Taste is herbal leaves, mocha, weird powdery umami gravy notes, faint dash of vegetable stock, brown sugar & roots. Body is thin licorice, umami, herbal. Odd, overly umami, herbal etc. Messy but interesting.
