Bottle at Cafe buitenlust, Oirschot. Cloudy golden / orange color, whtie head. Smells a little spicy, though not too much. Tastes lightly fruity, lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Very nice mouthfeel, suits the ABV.

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange. White head. Nose of peach, yeast, orange peel and dried fruit. Taste falls way short - lots of very old sitting around in the hot sun dried fruit, spicy hops, garlic and dried barley. Light to medium body.

Bottle shared with Jcwatts. Pours clear gold. White head. Nose of poopy baby diapers, thyme, garlic, herbal bread, lavender and pumpernickel. Taste is thyme, garlic, lemongrass, herbs and pumpernickel. Lots of herbs. A bit over the top herbal finish. Medium body.

Bottle, 33cl, at Oud Arsenaal. A big, light tan head sits on top of an unclear brown body. Lacings. Dried fruits, dark sugars, some cigar smoke, cellar and herbs. The flavor is quite sweet, yet it is dry, with dark malts, dark sugar, dried fruits, and caramel. Slightly oxidised. Full-bodied and smooth. Lasting finish. 110429

Bottle shared with Deanso. Pours slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma has spice, herbs, sugar and garlic. Flavour has pepper, clovers, fruit, caramel and light garlic overlapping into the finish. Medium carbonation and a pretty good balance considering the strangeness of the beer.

33cl bottle from a work colleague shared with Kermis. Good fine white head. Very hazy blond pour. Interesting beer, hard to place. There’s sweetness and garlic in the after-taste. Interesting and odd at the same time
