Bottle sample at the Mead Museum, pours a clear colour. Aroma is more subdued, with a seltzery, sparkling water character and light beeswax. Flavour has some ginger, medium-sweet honey, and a seltzery note. Spicy and lively, but detracting from the honey character. Not a big fan of this.

Sample flask opens with a pop ( refermentation?) Pours medium dark coppergold. Scent is very silent. mild honey sweetness. Taste is sharp, tad tart, mild aroma of roses - very mild actually. Medium carbonation, fairly dry and a tad acidic - balancing out the sweetness. Decent.

Pours light, pale yellow. Scent is mild. Honts of honey are left, but it's very silent overall. Taste is sweet, more so than the average mead by Radomir. Very gentle florality. Lovely elegant complexity. A fine mead, even though it's sweet, I wouldn't have this as a dessert, since it's to gentle . A nice afternoon , romantic sipper. Hance the valentine idea ?

Sample bottle opened with a pop - just like the one I had with aronia by this meadery. As that was one of the least ones by them, I fear it might be a quality problem that occures with unwanted refermentation in the sample flasks. Anyway. This one is noticable darker than the fresh flower verion; showing a fairly dark ocergold, clear color. Scent is way milder on both honey and floral aspects. Tad sharp, but overal very silent. Taste is sharp, mild tartness. Full aroma by the berries more than the flower, but still not very elder-typical. Carbonated (due to refermentation in the sample bottle ? ) Decent, but forgeteable. less honey forward than others by them (makes sence if it fermented some of these sugars) . Not off, in terms of flavors. just less specific or nice than others by this meadery.

Pours a clear, light pale yellow. Scent is relatively mild. Honey sweetness, doesn't show to much elderflower. Gentle. floral - but more due to the honey than the elderflower, it seems. Taste is fairly full, medium to medium high sweetness. Nice floral notes by the honey. Elderflower ( and berry, is also in there) remain very mild. Not at all as negative as I assumed it'd be for me, as I don't really like elderflower in beer. Nice enough mead !

Pours clear, light pale blonde. Scent is aromatic honey, mild citrussy hoppy notes. doesn't fully work for me, as the blend rather fights, than harmonizes. Taste is fairly sweet, mildly herbal by the hops. honey takes over the aroma, fairly floral. Hop provides a mild bitter bite, and turns the whole thing out of balance. Not my favorite;

Pours a tad darker, ocer gold. Clear. Scent is intense, dried fruits indeed. Tad 'chemical' almost, like aromatized cleaning products. I expect the mead to be more natural , but that's the connection my brain makes anyways. Taste starts of immensely intense on the berry side. Full, yet fairly gentle sweetness. Acidity ( not sour ! ) from the fruits are very concentrated, perhaps this sweet mead should have been even more sweet - providing a better balance. A fairly rough mead, that doesn't really work to me, but has some nice aspects.

Pours light, pale, clear yellow. Scent is rich honey, aromatic, floral and refined. Scent is full, fairly sweet - but never over the top. Noticable alcohol. Candy-like aroma almost. Very full floral, chewy honey, very interesting and plain nice. Simple, perhaps, but nevertheless very enjoyable. Has a salty backbite, at times reminding of sherry - obviously way less dry though. Best one by them so far !

Pours a very light, and clear pale yellow. Scent is rather weak, funky honey, milder than others by the meadery. Spices don't come forward to much. Tatse is fairly sweet to sweet. Mild spices (fairly hidden) , reminding of gingerbread. Bit warming in the finish ( alcohol or spice ? ) Easy going mead. Bit more 'funky' honey, less gentle than others by this meadery. Nice, though.

Pours clear, light yellowblonde. Scent is intense, dry herbal notes are quite strong, but honey isn't completely lost just yet. Taste is full, fairly sweet, strong herbal notes (not overpowering though ! ) . Nice honey base. Gentle yet powerfull. Not the biggest fan of the herbal notes, but the balance is pretty damn nice.
