--Keg at Udda, Stockholm. -- Clear golden, small head. Faint aroma of hay and citrus. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Sourdough and hay. Mid bitter finish. Disappointing.

Can from The Fuss Club. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is chocolate wafer, coffee, cocoa. Taste is dark chocolate, brown sugar, coffee, cocoa. Boozy sweet mouthfeel. Lots of alcohol warmth. Not feeling much bourbon, tasty brew though.

Tap @ Væskebalancen Bar. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, nuts. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, roasted malt, caramel, coffee, nuts, some alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 18062023

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 19/05/24. Hazed orange with a well presented lasting creamy white cap. Nose is bitter orange, citric tinged straw, grass, pine nip, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, melon, papaya, grass, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness allied to a light boost. Decent enough clean and easy drinking DIPA.

Can (6.8% ABV) on 17th May 2024 in Brews of the World, Burton-on-Trent. Light haze in the golden/yellow body, white crown. Floral and fruity nose, citrus and piney hop taste, some late bitterness.

Draft at Only Good Beer, Budapest. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate and liqourice. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, chocolate, light coffee, light warm alcohol, light liqourice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Well hidden alcohol along with the coffee, which was masked by the sweetness of the beer.

Can. Mildly hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, a modest dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, sweet enough but with a whisper of grain. Hops being light nibbly hop spice, crisp pine and a good juicy tropical fruits and citrus. Light hop spicy finish. A very light and crushable dipa, would be superb if not for that mild grainy element to the malts. If memory serves, and frankly it often lets me down, I don't think this is the first time I have had said something similar about a Barrier beer. Good shit, just not quite Premiership.

ABV: 6.4%. Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, wood, berry touch, moderate hoppy, pine, spruce, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pine, spruce, woody hops, marmalade touch, licorice hops touch, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
