Microbrewery in Brandon Vermont.
Always experimenting and expanding
We brew in small batches in our 15 barrel brewery and weโre always experimenting with new recipes. Dan and Pat ,with previous experience from the wine world, get to marry the fascination with the natural world and the art and science of fermentation.
Dan keeps cooking up some good recipes and Patrick the builder keeps finding ways to add more tanks and increase our production.

473ml can. Sweet, ripe tropical fruity and citrusy with some boozy notes, caramely malts, orange peel, pine, grass, herbal hops and grapefruit. Okay, quite heavy, but doesn't feel super fresh.

Strong boozy but perfectly hopped to balance it. Very classic styled and well done. Bitter and malt and aroma balanced. Brewdog hamburg

I think it definitely lost some of its balance across the pond, worth trying again. But it is a little harsh and bittered for the style, came across as having very low drinkability. Brewdog hamburg

Can shared in London - big thanks to Dave. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Nice pithy citrus character, light spicy pine. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more citrus fruits, restrained piney bitterness, background pale bread. Good one.

Can. Color: Very hazy golden, like orange juice. Large stable white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus and orange. Taste: Nice amount of hopbitterness, Medium to over medium bitter. Moderate sweet, smooth malty background. Accompanied by fruity notes of orange, orangepeel, grapefruit, pine, some tropical fruit. Long lasting bitter finish. Medium to over medium body, just below average carbonation. Boozy hints. Bit atringent and dry-ish moithfeel. I like the bitterness of this Imperial IPA.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, large stable frothy white head. Aroma: Bitter and subtle fruity hop, combined with sweetish malt. Taste: Hopbitterness and subtle orange and tangerine fruity hints. Grassy and bit resinous. Medium to over medium bitterness, light to moderate sweet malty background. Nice one, finally an IPA again that's going for hopbitterness in stead of that 'modern' over fruity NEIPA's..

Can (no date) pour from Julio's Liquors. Appearance is opaque yellow with no discernible sparkle, lots of floaties and yeast tubes at the bottom of the glass, finger-width white foamy head with decent retention and light lacing. Aroma is citrus, tart fruit and herb. Taste is citrus (mildly astringent), fruit, mildly herbal. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation, nice alcohol warmth and dry, yeasty finish as taste. Overall, this was purchased in late May so know it's at least 2 months old but with no born on date, who knows. Did that play a factor? Aroma and flavor are kind of muted and the fruit is nondescript. A bit thin for DIPA ( especially NEIPA).

Crowler from BD Inverurie. It pours lightly hazy golden - orange with a medium frothy white head. The aroma is sweet and sticky, resinous, oily, jelly beans, gummy bears, ripe grapefruit, tinned mango & peach. The taste is dry, good hit of bitterness, resinous, sticky, grapefruit, pithy citrus, pomelo, toothy, peppery spice, mango, peach, touch of greenness with a lingering bitter finish. Medium+ body and moderate, yet soft carbonation. Really grew on me. Sweet in the aroma but nice bitterness in the mouth-hole.
