Microbrewery in Brandon Vermont.

Always experimenting and expanding

We brew in small batches in our 15 barrel brewery and we’re always experimenting with new recipes. Dan and Pat ,with previous experience from the wine world, get to marry the fascination with the natural world and the art and science of fermentation.

Dan keeps cooking up some good recipes and Patrick the builder keeps finding ways to add more tanks and increase our production.

16 ounce can. Hazy pale gold pour. Foamy beige head. Tropical fruit nose hints at mango, papaya and sweet melon. First sip brings notes of unripe mango and pineapple. Soft mouthfeel. Subtle bitter finish is pleasant and refreshing.

Im Glas typisches NEIPA, Mango in der Nase, im Trunk schön cremig, vollmundig, leicht alkoholisch, dennoch sehr angenehm. Lecker.

Can at beer legends part XXI; hazy yellow pour with a thin white, aroma dank pine and tangerine, taste has dank hops, some grape, some pine.
