On tap at the brewery on opening night. Pours a hazy gold with some wispy, white head. Huge lavender nose, cheesy, hand soap, perfume, lemon. Flavor is tart lemon, orange, heavy with the herbs, light acid, some wheat, yogurt, blue cheese. Clean finish. Really interesting. You’d think this would be hard to drink, but it isn’t.

On tap at the brewery on opening night. Pours a clear, dark orange with one ring of white head. Nose is alright, dank, chive, grapefruit, pine, orange, some spruce, some tangerine. Flavor is the same, all citrus and pine, soap. The malt rounds it out well. Zesty finish. More of an old school take on a DIPA.

On cask at the brewery on opening night. Pours a hazy mahogany amber with some swirling beige head. Nose has a ton of coffee and vanilla bean, more malt than the regular version, brown sugar. Flavor is sweeter than the regular version, brown sugar, caramel, vanilla bean, some coffee but less than the nose would let on. Sweet finish.
