Gingerman, NYC tap: pours hazy yellow with a whitw head. Aroma is lemonade, funk, and oranges. Taste is citrus, something I cannot put my finger on, and orange cream. Finish is a tad salty. Pretty nice.

Poured into a shaker showing pitch black center with translucent brown rims and sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows a lot of citric orange with hints of cranberry. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. A lot of citric forward orange flavor and barely perceivable hints of cranberry. The cranberry appears at the end with the astringency on the palate. A slight roasted malt bitterness finishes off the beer. Works quite well in general.

Poured into a shaker showing a lot of carbonation, moderately filtration and cloudy orange. I opened it slowly and despite that, the bottle was still foaming for a good 20 minutes. The nose shows a lot of citrus notes of pineapple and orange zest. The palate is well carbonated and full bodied. Flavors of rich orange zest and big citrus notes. The finish shows a strong orange zest bitterness. Not very great fresh, but with time, this could be an extremely fine beer. The potential for aging this beer is outta this world.

Poured into a shaker showing smooth caramel brown with no foam. The nose shows sweet caramel malts. The palate is lightly carbonated and foamy. Very spicy with a strong alcohol front. A lot of seemingly sweet notes in the background despite being completely dry, with more notes of the light spice on the finish accompanied by a light bitterness.

Poured into a shaker showing moderate filtration and caramel brown. The nose is slightly sweet with light tropical hops. The palate is lightly carbonated with a medium body. Big vegetal notes of green peppers and lettuce showing throughout with a light bitterness on the end. Upon warming up, light malts begin show.

Poured into a shaker showing well filtered yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows light apples and sweet malts. The palate is well carbonated and fluffy, like a typical saison. Light spiciness throughout and a rather large bitterness from the hops on the finish. Spiciness appears once again on the end. Overall, it doesn’t really work together at all.

750ml bottle. Again, HUGE pop on the cork, flew over 100 feet off my deck. Pours a clear, dark gold with some lacing, white head. Nose has grass, straw, lemon rind, herbs. Flavor is the same, straw, lemon rind, dried flowers. Dry finish.
