Established in 2010
Almanac was founded in 2010 by Damian Fagan and Jesse Friedman, two avid home-brewers who bonded over their mutual appreciation for California farmers markets. They set out to brew beers inspired by California’s rich agricultural bounty. After nearly seven years of partner brewing, we moved into our very own 30,000 square-foot production & aging facility located on a historic naval airbase on Alameda Island in San Francisco Bay.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is tropical, grassy, melon and pine with a dank note. Med body. Flavor is complex - has the characteristics in the aroma, but there's a herb/dank/green onion thing too. Pretty dry/pretty bitter. Very good flavor.

Rødbrun tåkete med beige skum. Lukter røde bær og trevirke. Middels fylde. Sur. Smaker bæreddik, trevirke og røde bær. Middels lang. Ikke helt hva jeg forventet av denne type øl

16 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out plenty of medium roast coffee and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is full of medium roast coffee, a hint of vanilla, and a touch of sweetness. Nice coffee character but not overly complex. Good stuff.
