Description
In 2022, we decided to join forces with Siphon Brewing and start a new brewing site in Michelbeke, in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes.

Bottle. Brown pour. Aroma of chocolate, licorice, coffee earthy vanilla and subtle coconut. Taste has sweet vanilla, acidic coffee, caramel, some artificial coconut and chocolate. A bit messy and the flavors seem off. More dubbel than stout, as usual with belgians.

Bottle at a tasting. Courtesy of JefVerstraete via EU Local Swap. Thanks! Full body, rather high carbonation. Fully malty, moderate roast, chocolate, coffee, cocoa. Initially rather sweet, but swings towards bitterness in the finish. ABV hidden well. Hints of dried fruits as well. Very tasty, sipper, very good.
