Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy orange body with a thin white head. Good lacing. Muted aroma of pear drops and lemon sweets. Flavour of cloudy lemonade, lime zest and a tart, sour finish. Thin body with a spritzy texture. Fizzy carbonation. Dry and sour. Not bad.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from BeerMerchants. Pours clear, deep gold with a sturdy, frothy white head. Lots of woody hops in the nose, some pine, tangy citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor with a good bit if pithy grapefruit, tart lemon, wood, minerals, pine needles, light alcohol, orange rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fairly dry on the finish, bitter, lightly acidic, with high minerality, lemony tartness, more pith and rind, wood, apple skin. Novel stuff, but not super drinkable.

Draft at IMBC 2015. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of stone fruit and light pine. Taste is softly sour, lightly tart, slightly fruity. Very tasty.
