Bottle at home in London - sourced from BeerMerchants. Opens with a loud hiss, then pours cloudy orange-gold with a massive froth that billows out of the glass. Loads of bretty funk in the aroma, some citrus fruits, poop. Medium sweet flavor with ripe orange, some gooey citrus, light rindy and piney bitterness, more funk, some alcohol, a little woody dryness. Medium to full bodied with lovely carbonation. Warming finish, somewhat resinous, with more poopy brett, ripe citrus, tangerine, orange. A little full on at the start but I really settled into it.

330ml bottle from beer merchants. Pours hazy orange with over-enthusiastic bubble-bath foamy white head. Bretty barnyard aroma. Taste is wonderfully complex.. rich, yeasty, citrus, vanilla.. even shades of Champagne. Quite a few layers and depth to this.

On tap at the Small Bar, Bristol 21/9/2015. Cola coloured, with no head. Sweet chocolate, some liquorice and a sour edge. An odd mix of stout and sourness, but ok.
