Bottle. Little Leeds Beer House. Cloudy, gingery orange. Thick, lasting, foamy, off white head. Aroma of overripe, fusty mandarin and peach. Pretty dank. Some notes of pine sap. Has some medicinal, muscle rub type thing going on, too. Taste is light sour, with a minerally, dry edge. Clean mouthfeel. Soft sour finish, with a little malty sweetness.

(Draught at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green, London, 21 April 2016) Hazy golden amber with dense, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, lemon and lemon peel. Malty, fruity, tart taste with lemon, passion-fruit, pineapple and a slightly lactic finish with a gentle citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh, with a balanced sourness. Quite nice.

Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and a little soft. Reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, light creamy sweetness. A little hop skunk. Nice light orange and pink grapefruit. Light savoury brett. Semi sweet floralness. Light semi dry finish. Tasty but could be punchier.

Can from Hop Burns & Black. It pours cloudy orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet - sour, bright grapefruit, orange creamsicle and bread. The taste is crisp, tart, clean, juicy, orange sherbet, grapefruit, minerals and bright acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Really juicy and tart. Drinks mighty easy!

On keg. Appearance - pale with a light haze. Nose - tangy lemon and yeast. Bigger citrus notes at the back. Taste - grapefruit and orange underpinned by a lovely sour note. Palate - light bodied with a long dry tangy texture through the middle section that leads through to the long finish. Overall - the tastiest beer of the evening.
