Can at home, 25/05/16. Hazed orange with a decent egg shell white cap of bubbledom. Nose is tarte orange, pisyy citrics, sharp lemon tinged balsa wood, juicy hop exhaust atop the sea of sour. Taste comprises tarte citric bling, green berry must, sharp lemon, damp hay, hop jazzle, funky grapefruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a moderate acidic rise and a clean hop bite at the curtain call. Solid low ABV sour with a good hop profile. Would chuge this juan again and again !

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Cloudy orange-amber with a n extremely thin head. Fruity with a medium-high sourness that slows down the sup rate, however it’s fine for its style.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo shop, Earlsdon, Coventry consumed at Caravan Club site at Cheltenham Racecourse, Cheltenham, Friday 13th May 2016 Pours orange gold almost glowing with a huge foamy white head. Nose twitch aroma, with Brett, zippy ho ps and barrel ageing notable, lovely clean, zesty nose. Soft mouthfeel, nice carbonation, wow this is amazing, it?s like an Orval on steroids, absolutely loving this, a touch sweeter than Orval but Brett forward, dry finish, lovely. A8 A5 T9 P4 Ov18 4.4

330ml can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. March 2016. Pours hazy orange, thin white head. Aroma is fruity, citrussy. Taste bears a low carbonation, smooth, yet bursting with fruit, orangey with some peach. Just the slightest bretty tickle on the finish, but I guess that would develop over time. 330ml can, October 2018. Aged for 2 1/2 years. Pours almost completely flat, big funky brett nose, definitely developing the aroma massively, some soft white wine coming into play. Got another one aging so, providing it hasn't popped, I'll revisit in a couple of years to see how the brett is getting on.

Keg at ubrew. The app lost my rake. Dark black coloured pour with a thin loose off white head. Aroma is sharp woody sour, tart apple. Brown sugar, and salt. Flavour is composed of medium puckering sour granny smith apple and acid mineral and salt. Slightly mouldy wood. Palate is sharp and tangy, moderate carbonation, little flabby. Not a big fan of this.
