About
Founded in 2013, we spent the first couple of years as a very small, part-time operation. During this time we were building our range and engaging with our local community to brew beers they enjoyed drinking. We were mainly selling locally, but by 2016 we had increased capacity and started to sell further afield.
Innovation and new beers followed and today, we are proud of our wide range of craft beer and ale. Our beers are diverse, some new, some bold and juicy, some challenging, some classic. But, all are great quality, made with attention to detail and real care.
We continue to seek feedback from our customers and club membership, whilst taking inspiration from the wider brewing community at home and abroad.
Our goal remains unchanged, to producing great beers, to be enjoyed by all.

Cask @ Draft House Hammersmith, Hammersmith W6. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy grainy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Slightly unclear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, nicely hoppy, sweet ripe tropical fruits, pineapple, peach, nice soft hop bitter finish. Average body and carbonation.

Cask at GBBF 2016. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Grassy hops in the nose, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with slight minerality, some more grass, rind, pale grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with more miners Flint, melon, lemon peel, pale grain. Not bad.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, earthy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet hops, sweet malt, pale malt, medium dry, earthy hops, hop bitter. Cellar clean out session. Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin pale malts, sweet and a little grainy. Some lactose like sweetness. Touch of tangy floralness. Mild marmalade. Finishes dry and floral bitter. It’s an awkward beer that never really gels.

Cask at the Greyfriar, Reading.An attractive pale amber pour with a loose white head; grainy aroma; slightly soapy in the mouth, with a sweet orange juice taste; then a satisfying dry finish with lingering tangerine. Rather good.

Nice hops - bright fresh orange. Spicy orange and tangerine. Orange peel. Finishes light and crisp and leaves a spicy tangerine linger. Nice one. Great bright hops.
