Draft at the Wild Boar, Warwick. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, fresh, crisp, mineral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at the Marquis Wellington, Leicester. Light to mid-gold with a fluffy white head. Clear. Light grassy hop, some clean grain aromas. Tastes bittersweet with a sharp citrus bitterness right near the finish. An almost medicinal bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. Decent enough.

Keg draught at the Old Horse, Leicester. Orange Amber and clear with a small off-white head. Light malty aroma, with some heavy grassy yeast. Sweet and somewhat glue taste with a resinous character in the finish. Light body with medium to heavy carbonation. Pretty dull even for the style but drinkable enough.

Keg at the Brunswick Inn, Derby crawl, 11/02/22. Clear golden amber with a decent white head. Nose is citric sherbets, grass, tangerine, melon. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grass, pale malts, melon, light orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close touched with modest hop bitterness. Old skool brewer attempting craft dull affair.

Keg at the Brunswick Inn, Derby crawl, 11/02/22. Light black with a tan cap. Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, jammy berries, Wagon Wheel, mellow roast. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad but veers a little on the sweet side for me.

Taste comprises subtle citric shreds, grains, grass, orange peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a modest hop tickle. Decent enough golde.

Keg at the brunswick flyer. A reddy brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is jammy fruit, jammy, mellow roast cola cubes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy, cola cubes, jammy strawberry, sweet, sticky. Palate is semi sweet, sticky moderate carbonation. Rounded.
