Cask. Head of Steam, Sheffield. Clear bronze colour. Thick, bubbly, lasting, cream coloured head. Nose has toasted malt. Watered down whisky. Toffee apple. Some fruity esters. Taste is fruity and estery. Some sickly sweetness. Medium body. A bit greasy. Fruity and estery finish. Not my cup of tea.

At the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 1/12/2016. Golden in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. A hoppy and easy drinking beer, with plenty of tropical fruits, some floral hops, slightly biscuity malts before a gentle finish. Very good.

The Maltings, York. Cask. Citra Simcoe version. Light haze on this pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is super light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Very light malts. Startingly clear pink grapefruit hops. Mild peel. Modest hops spice and bitterish orange. Light semi dry finish. Good bitter linger. Nice one.

Cask tap-poured at the Holborn Whippet, London. Pours pale gold, slightly hazy, with a small but lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus lemon and lime, citra hop, and straw. Light sweetness, heavy bitterness. Light body, slight oily feel to texture, average carbonation, very dry. Finish is dry, long lasting citrus bitterness. Quite decent.
