Half-pint, cask ale, at Nag's Head. Shared with Finn. Black in the glass, naked surface, spotty lacing. Moderate coconuts and chocolate on the nose. Vanilla sweet chocolate flavours joined by nuts, lightly spiced. Creamy malts to the ending, mid sweet. Satisfying. (Reading 20.10.2019).

Cask at Southampton Arms. Light golden, not much head. Aroma and taste are grapefruit, not so much else. Taste has a bit of yeastiness about it too. Alright though. --- Beer merged from original tick of Mosaic Pale Ale on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. (Cask at Craft Beer Co Ccovent Garden, London, 25 Nov 2018) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, resin, grass and peaches. Malty, fruity taste with peaches, apricots, citrus, grass, resin, chewy malt and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
